DYNO TUNING: MECHANICAL:
Our 2wd Dyno Dynamics dyno and our 4wd Mainline dyno housed in a custom built dedicated room complete with sound proofing, and a twin fume extraction system to constantly draw fresh air into the room and expel the gases out of the room via a muffler and filter. With accurate tools to ensure the safety of your engine and a fine tune. Over 10 years of EFI tuning experience compliments the room nicely. Our mechanical department is designed to maintain your vehicle so it runs like a clock every day. From basic oil and filter replacements, to a full 100,000km service, we can look after your car and keep your log book and warranty up to date. We also do E-Safety Checks (formerly known as PINK SLIPS). So if you want your factory unmodified car, or even your track car maintained, give us a call.
ELECTRICAL / EFI: PARTS:
We specialise in aftermarket engine management system installation and problem diagnosis. If you have an aftermarket ecu in your car and it is not running right, we can fix it. That's what Adam has been doing for over 10 years! We have the power to supply parts at a competitive price. If you can get it cheaper somewhere else, we can most likely match it. However we don’t invite bargain hunters, if you pay us what we ask then we are more than happy to provide a good service and after sales support, that’s usually the difference between the cheap and recommended price.
Best regards
Adam Neish
Managing Director

- NEWS UPDATES -
August 2010 -

Check out Matt "Redneck Drifter" Hambridge.

See here for dates when you can see Matt drifting some killer angles

Moh's R32 GTR has been fitted with the new Garrett GTX4508R turbocharger with the billet front wheel.
It's booked in for a tune this week so stay tuned for the dyno video.

- STOP THE PRESS!!! Moh's R32 GTR has run a 9.63 sec 1/4 pass at 144mph!
Wednesday night at WSID saw some quick top quality cars out racing including PJ's S13.
The night before Moh started prepping his GTR ready for the track slotting on his standard R32 rims with M/T tires. Arriving at WSID the air temps were quickly approaching 10 deg C and Moh knew the M/T streets would need a good warm up.

Launching out of the hole with an impressive 1.4 60ft seeing the front end lift and tires shaking wanting to break traction shifting through his gears at 9,000rpm saw him deep into the 9's.
Congratulations Moh! Does this mean you are a RH9?
- Mark from Mobile Car Doctor dropped off an F6 Ute with his handy work. Mark installed a Process West plenum system and a nice top mount turbo manifold. He then installed large fuel injectors which are supported by an extra Bosch fuel pump. Mark says there are a couple extra tricks hiding under the hood.

Adam strapped the F6 down onto our Mainline Dyno and continued to install a new Herrod Motorsport SCT XCal3 flash tuner. The F6 now running an external wastegate, top mount turbo, and 98 PULP petrol the tuning started.

Adam produced a nice air fuel ratio across the board and the F6's engine responded immediately with a final power figure of 390rwkw @ 17psi and climbed the rollers will almost no lag. Impressive setup Mark, love your work.
Video footage to come...
July 2010 -
- We would like to welcome Ian and his R34 GTT circuit car to the JEM Mechanical and Dyno stables.
Ian's R34 is a purpose built track car still running the standard RB25DET engine, full slick tires and massive AP Racing brakes.
The 34 is getting the JEM treatment which consists of a nice GCG GT3076RS high mount turbo with the re-nown 6BOOST manifold and Tial 44mm MVR wastegate controlling boost.

Jim Berry Race Clutches produced this great clutch and flywheel package which feels almost standard under foot and is more than capable of holding JEM's power and responsive upgrades. We also removed the standard plenum and throttle setup and went for a Plazmaman plenum and throttle setup.
When deciding what package we should do, we keep in mind Ian's desire of engine response as well as power gains. Stay tuned...

- Check out Sam's immaculate VK spotting a nice 355 storker V8 with a V2 Vortech charger bring it to life.

- PJ's S13 hits WSID strip for some 1/4 mile fun. The cars PB for the day was an amazing 9.6 @ 144mph with a crazy 1.46 60ft on radials.

June 2010 -
- PJ's S13 packing a new T04Z turbo, 6Boost manifold and twin wastegate setup punches out an impressive 453kw at the tires on 36psi of boost. Still a conservitive tune we were all amazed at the awesome response and power output of PJ's simiple but mighty SR20. Good on you PJ, awesome combo.

- Moh's R32 GTR hits the dyno once again for a boost increase. Now with its engine fully run-in, Moh decided it was time for some more boost. You might remember Moh's RB26DET is packing a GTK1000 turbocharger which is rated at 1000hp. Moh's keen to see if that's true or not and we were excited to see what the GTK1000 potential is.
After strapping the mighty 32 down on our AWD dyno, Adam proceeded to warm-up the engine and gearbox ready for the boost increase. Boost level was set at 30psi and produced an impressive 558kw at 4 wheels and 1003hp at the flywheel @ 9,500rpm with the boost dropping to 24psi.
Looks like its time for a turbo upgrade Moh?
April 20th 2010 - 504kw@4wheels!!! MONSTER!! -
- Moh's R32 GTR is now run in, it has a wild lumpy full house RB26DET with a turbonetics turbo and a Haltech Platinum Pro Plug In ECU. Running on E85 of course, on a mild tune with only 23psi boost it makes a solid 504kw @ 4 wheels with a low rev limit of 9000rpm (i said mild tune:). We plan on boosting it up to at least 30psi in the not too distant future...
See it here on youtube... thanks Mrchams

Moh's
last car was an R33 GTR which made 472kw@4wheels, it had a T88, PFC, on E85..

- RAMPAGE the LC Torana and team Pro Flo Performance with owner Bob behind the wheel, took the Procharged 400 Chev small block for its first outing with the new setup, to Eastern Creek WSID for some first time test passes. With a mild JEM tuned 922rwhp@ 30psi boost, it drove off the line for a hairy 8.8s 1/4 mile @ 163mph. Excellent for a first outing!!! With some suspension and tune tweaks this car will go quicker! Well done Bob and Pro Flo Performance, cant wait to get it back out there in the near future...
March 26th 2010 -
- RAMMER strikes again, team Pro Flo Performance took the 1971 Ford Capri with a Pro Charged small block Chev out to WSID for some Freaky Friday night drag passes. It launched a 1.2s 60ft and was powering for a 7s pass when the blower belt stripped at the 1000ft mark, RAMMER rolled across the finish line with an 8.1s 1/4 mile @ 160mph. We'll see the magic 7 next outing! With the EMS datalogging enabled we were able to see exactly how the car was performing...

- Powercruise Sydney was huuge, congrats to Mamoon for cleaning up 1st place in the drags in his R32 GTR on saturday and 2nd place overall on Sunday, he received a trophy and prize money, very impressive for a completely stock engine GTR with only HKS twin turbo's, 4" exhaust, fuel system upgrade, Power FC and E85, 24psi boost puts down 380kw to the rear wheels..
See it here on You Tube..

- PJ strikes again at Powercruise, in his monster S13 silvia, smoking powerskids to over 400m, PJ's Haltech PS1000 controlled SR20 cops antilag and 20psi with a clutch dump in 3rd gear and instantly blazes the tyres, 50m later he smacks it into 4th gear, another 50m later he clicks high boost (25psi!!!), that = over 400m of tyre smoke at big speeds! Congrats PJ for 3rd place in the drag racing, this 4 cylinder 2L chopped up some very heavy duty cars, go the S13!!

- BACHELOR S15 wins the 4 cylinder dyno shootout at power cruise with 339rwkw on low boost. The E85 guzzling SR20DET monster has made over 400rwkw at jem on over 30psi boost...
