JEMSTORE POLICY

Billing Terms and Conditions:

Purchases on the JEMSITE are securely made through PayPal or Card through Stripe. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may still use PayPal as a secure payment option without an account. You may also use your Credit or Debit Card through Stripe to purchase items. Purchased items will be shipped upon receiving and confirmation of payment.

 

Disclosures:

Any JEMSITE prices and sales are ONLINE ONLY and do not apply to in-store prices unless stated. All prices listed are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and GST inclusive. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

A surcharge applies to purchases made through Card. JEMSTORE Card Payments are processed through Stripe and will incur a 1.75% + $0.30 per transaction of TOTAL (item + shipping + surcharge) purchase price. Customers purchasing through Card will incur a surcharge of 1.782246727% + $0.30 per transaction (item + shipping). Surcharges are paid to Stripe ONLY and covers the processing fee of payment through Stripe. Just Engine Management does not receive this surcharge.

 

Returns and Refunds:

Please choose and review your items carefully BEFORE purchase. Refunds will not be accepted for processed or dispatched orders if you change your mind.

Refunds will only be accepted if your item is

  • Faulty or damaged
  • The incorrect item
  • Doesn’t work

A refund is NOT accepted if:

  • You change your mind
  • You don’t like it
  • You bought the incorrect item or size

In order to determine refund status, the item MUST be sent back to us for inspection. Any shipping costs must be first covered by you. If the item is found faulty, you will be reimbursed for shipping the item(s) back to us.

You will to need provide a valid proof of purchase to be eligible for repair, replacement or refund. You will be required to email your invoice along with your refund request. Please provide us with your full name and address, item details, purchase date, invoice number and reason for return.

Return and Refund enquiries must be made within 7 days of delivery date.

Just Engine Management will replace your item or any part thereof ONLY if the returned items are faulty by error of Just Engine Management or defective from manufacturer.

Returns will not be accepted without confirmation. Please contact suhayl@justenginemanagement.com with any returns and refunds matters.

All items must be in original packing condition. Opened, used or damaged items will not be accepted

Refunds will not be accepted for any product returned not following the above mentioned conditions

For returns that meet the above conditions, we will refund 100% of the purchase price.

Just Engine Management will not pay for return shipping. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Shipping fees will only be covered if the return is the result of a shipping error made by us.

COD shipments are not accepted.

For accepted returns, you can expect a refund within 14 days of the date we receive the item(s) from you.

Warranty Returns are subject to inspection and will be sent to our supplier for complete warranty claims. If an immediate part is required, the replacement item (including freight costs) will need to be purchased again until the warranty claim is processed by our supplier.

According to Fair Trading

“A business may refuse to give you a free repair, replacement or refund if:

  • You simply changed your mind
  • You misused the product or service in any way that contributed to the problem
  • You asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted
  • A problem with a service was completely outside of the business’ control.”
